There may be another "problem" that the IOTA choked on.

After exchanging some emails with one of the HQ8R team members 
yesterday/today I learned that one of the club members has processed a 
number of HQ8R requests, and may have put his own "verified by ..." stamp on 
the cards, instead of the official club stamp.

Just trying to help...
