Just another recent data point on DXCC processing times:

 

11 Sep 08: Submitted LoTW DXCC Application with 83 LoTW counters

13 Sep 08: had 21 QSLs with 28 QSOs field checked at ARRL SW Division
Convention

03 Oct 08: LoTW DXCC totals updated with all submitted QSOs except OX/NA1SA
06 May 07 (no documentation)

07 Oct 08: CW endorsement stickers and statement of charges received in mail

 

Awaiting receipt of two certificates in mail.
