Phil, I got a card from V51GB for a 15m SSB QSO in late 2005. Knowing that you need to send cards to Frank, V51AS, via registered mail, I did the same for Gerd to the QRZ.com address. He sent a return card very promptly with a note saying that there was no need to spend the money for registered mail since he has never had a problem. Good luck! 73, Ray, K9DUR
