Mine was mailed from HR with HR stamps on the envelope.  But I've never 
heard of the ARRL, RSGB, etc, checking the envelope for whose stamps or 
postmarks are there.  But then again I've never been able to have any of 
my IOTA cards checked since the RSGB only has 2 card checkers in all of 
North America who never go to Dayton, Visalia, or any other ham 
conventions.  They had a couple of RSGB IOTA people from the UK at 
Visalia explaining the IOTA program but they would NOT do any card 
checking while they were there.
