Similar experience here, however I did recently have several e-mail
exchanges with Olli who ended up providing my card directly....it
took 22 days from posting in Panama to delivery to my mail box here
in Virginia.
I believe that Olli reliably returns QSLs for those he actually
receives....Panama may very well be one of those countries where
biting the bullet and using international registered, return-receipt
requested mail may be the way to go based on my experience with
Moldova and Cambodia. Yep, it's pricey.....sending card = big bux;
getting card = priceless!
