Decided to post as it seems to be of continued interest.

Received today 11-26 a stack of QSL's direct from Vladimir UA4WHX regarding 
his operations.

Possibly more of interest; being presently disabled with income very limited 
I was only able to submit two IRC's along with my SAE, sent on July 30, 
2007.

As with past posts, the cards are colorfull interesting and personal, also 
the Russian postage stamps used were multiple and varied, for those 
interested.

In the spirit of Amateur Radio......Thank you Vlad, and his noted QSL helper 
Andrei Alexeev.
