The latest JA call book for 2008 -2009 shows the address for JR6YAA as
follwos.
(The addresses are written in Japanese Kanji characters, and I tried to
translate them to Alphabet here.)

The JARL Web member search engine replied to my querry that JR6YAA is
registered as a member.
It means you can send your request VIA BURO as well.

If you will send your reques by DIRECT, the minimum return postage to
outside Japan from here is 
1 IRC or US$2.
