[Dx-qsl] IRC's question

I don't really use IRC's very often. Either it's a SASE or SAE with a couple
$ and it has worked well. After being on the road 24/7 over the last 18
months, I'm home now for a few weeks and trying to get caught up on some
wanted QSL's. A couple of these ask for IRC's only.

I only six of them so if any of the managers have a couple, please contact
me. Would like to get these out before I go back out again.

Thanks,

Ed KU4BP

When I was actively chasing DX I went to the local USA Post Office, in a
smallish town, and spoke directly to the Postmaster first. They subsequently
ordered 50 IRCs and notified me when they arrived. Over the next few years I
kept the Postmaster advised of when I expected to repurchase. Never had an
issue.

When I stopped chasing paper I notified the Postmaster and thanked him for
his efforts.
