[Dx-qsl] KI4RU -- NOW SK

We will all miss Bob's help on 14226.5.   In my early DXing days I'd talk to him several mornings a week on 14226.5 net and he always had a QSL route that worked, even if the one I had didn't, he'd have the right one.

We'll miss you Bob.
