I've had a similar experience, too. Made a nice donation on their website 
via PayPal the week after my contacts, checked off the LotW mode, etc... 
nada.

Then several weeks ago, I sent my QSL card with a note. Still nothing. I 
haven't tried the Email avenue yet.

They said that many donations didn't have callsigns so I sent them a note 
through their email over two months ago and still no LotW confirmations.

I send an email to Eric Scace a few weeks ago.

Still no LotW confirmations.

Has anyone else sent donations and email but no LotW confirmations?
