Congrats on the new (pending) band and mode DXCC awards!!

30's an awful lot of fun. My first-ever 30m was 4U1UN on March 12th 
2004 but I only worked 5 entities for the next year or so after that, 
and didn't really get hot-and-heavy into 30 until February '05. 
Between then and now I'm up to 244 worked/230 confirmed using only a 
rotatable single element up about 80'. As for CW, I'm getting much 
more enjoyment out of that mode than I ever did on phone, even though 
I'm not a great CW man.
