Hi Peter, Nor 5J0X., 5J0E or HK0GU live there, the first two were American 
contest DXP's and the latter a  German that has traveled there a couple of 
times. HK0TCN, I would guess no longer lives in San Andres, but he used to 
be a good qsler; I know cuz I got a couple of his qsls.

San Andres is fairly easy American go there a lot for contests.
