[Dx-qsl] HK0TCN BOUNCED MAIL

Last October I sent a direct card to the address shown in Buck, and DXC, for
HK0TCN Box 464 San Andres Providencia Isl, Colombia.  Today- it came back in
my envelope, marked : "Direccion deficiente"  Every place I find the call in
a data base, that is the address given.  One place said: via HK0EFU: which
is at the same exact address.  It even appears that the evelope was opened,
because one end is taped back up.  What is supprising, beside the long 7
month world tour it apparently took, is the fact that inside remains the two
green stamps I sent, along with a SAE.  This card contains the only two CW
contact I have with the country. so I still need them.

Has anyone received one back from him recently?
