[Dx-qsl] Old call sign

Deep six the first QSO - on March 2.  Not made with a valid QSO.  I'd give 
the March 3 QSO, as you could argue no knowledge of the FCCs action until 
that night.

Plus, depending on time zone, March 3 could be up to 7 hours of March 2.

Old call used on3 march 2008.
New call used 2 march 2008 and 29 march 2008
But fcc say new call effective April 3 2008 :-)
