Both in the WPX this weekend & in the ARRL SSB DX on March 1st I worked
a station on 40m identifying as "Zulu Lima Three Alpha".  The time of
day, signal strength, & operator's accent make me doubt that the station
was actually in New Zealand.  Also, the 3/1 contact was on 7238 kHz, out
of the 40m band for New Zealand.

Does anybody know anything about this?
