Hi All:

I really appreciate all the responses to my posting.  A lot of help and 
suggestions from a lot of great people.

I think that probably the best way to go is to include $3.00 U.S. for 
Germany and $2.00 U.S. for all other countries.  I'm not sure if $2.00 
is enough for Russia, South Africa, Serbia and Chile but I think 
probably it is.  With some countries, money in an envelope is risky 
getting through the mail system, but as they say "Pay your money, take 
your chances".

An IRC in Canada costs over $3.00 so easier on the pocket sending 
Greenbacks.  I wouldn't be so pickie about the amount except I have 
about 40 cards to get out and it does add up in costs.
