[Dx-qsl] C31SD via CT1AMK?

I have been trying for years to get confirmation for two QSOs with 
C31SD back in 1999 and 2001.  I have sent lots of SAEs, IRCs and 
greensampt and even triedv Registered Mail to his manager CT1AMD, but 
to no avail.  The e-mail address shown for CT1AMD on QRZ.com also bounces.

Anyone have a good route for either of these gentlemen?
