Try Office Max or some of the other similar companies. Maybe even a greeting card store like Hallmark.
I bought a box of greeting card envelopes from Office Max a few years ago and had a few left over. The envelopes are a little larger than a C6 but will get the job done. The size is 5.75 in x 8.75 in (146mm x 222mm). Unfortunately, these are the lick and stick type. They still sell them for 12.99 for 100. Not sure if they sell in smaller quantities.
