I have received some back where I had used the forever stamp and the mgr 
added a one cent stamp.  Guess some people don't keep up on the news.

When I put a SASE in with a direct card to a US manager, I use the USPS 
Breast Cancer stamps (which are worth 55 cents). They don't need an 
additional 1 cent stamp to cover the postage increase.

Two cards I've gotten recently have a 1 cent stamp added (unnecessary).

Thanks for your concern but no additional stamps are necessary.
