Yes, on 3 different occasions. Oct. 2002, May 2004 and Jan. 2006, all 
within a month, sent with an SASE in 2006 (methods used previously 
weren't recorded).

Yes, but via the buro (sent Feb. 06 rec'd June 07). Work another one 
- they're plentiful, even on topband.

Sent and rec'd two cards (direct) in 2002 with a very short 
turnaround. Haven't worked him since then.
