[Dx-qsl] 9X0R LOTW?

Hi Steve,

         You are not alone Steve. Sent direct QSL and $$$'s some time 
ago and I have
confirmed QSO's on log search, but no return QSL yet and no LOTW 
confirmation either.
My guess is that it is only for $40 donors ????? Not sure.............
