Ditto here Joe....he had his rules and if you followed them, you got your 
card.
I don't think I ever sent for a QSL via F6FNU that is wasn't answered.
I know he wanted the printing of info to be legible, current IRCs or GS,
one station per envelope, etc.  That isn't too much to ask of a BUSY
QSL manager, is it?
