   I was trying for 5 - J5BI qsl's from F6BUM ... He finally responded
with
a computer label for 1 qso on the card.
I sent an e-mail & asked for explanation.
     He said = " $2 = 1.48 E ; postage= .85E ; print card = .15 E
He told me to take the remainder to a gambling house."

He could have easily printed the 4 remaining qso's on the computer
label.
but he was bringing politics into the mix. talking about U.S. hams.
     I still have his e-mails ..

                                                ..................Bill /
