Henry,
Ron was a fairly reliable QSL in 1987-88 when he confirmed QSO on 10 and 20
meters after several tries, however I worked him on 80 meters in October
1092 and it took about 5 or 6 tries over 5 years using green stamps, postage
stamps and IRCs before he finally sent my card, and then it was only after I
threatened public humiliation on the internet if he didn't respond to this
my very last attempt to get a card from him. That 80 meter card is the most
expensive QSL card in my collection. Apparently, you haven't threatened
humiliation, so you haven't gotten a card ; ) You would probably be better
off working another PZ.
JY5HX is even worse than PZ1DV about QSLs. Munzer responded to my email once
several years ago that he would QSL my 30 meter QSO after I told him I had
tried 5 times using stamps, IRC's, and green stamps, but he never did QSL or
respond to subsequent emails. I finally gave up and sent him an email to
tell him that he is a scoundrel and a thief. I've deleted that Q from my
log, since it will never be confirmed. Ironically, Munzer is supposed to be
a physician, and you would think he would have some ethical scruples, but
apparently not.
Another scoundrel and thief is FM5AD, who pockets the money and doesn't
respond to QSL requests, email, or letters, even letters in French. I've
given up on ever confirming my 6 meter Q. Save your time and money.
Z2/DK2SC dropped off of the face of the earth after working me on 40 meters.
Repeated attempts to confirm that QSO were unsuccessful.
YL1XX is another black hole. That's an 80 meter Q I couldn't confirm after
repeated attempts. Don't bother trying.
In 27 years of DX'ing, JY5HX, FM5AD, Z2/DK2SC, and YL1XX are the only Qs
that I could not confirm or reworked another station for the needed band
country. I nominate them as candidates for the all time QSL blacklist.

Anyone know how to get this guy to QSL please? I've tried many times
and he just pockets my green stamps and I never hear from him.
