[Dx-qsl] TI9KK rcvd today - sort of....

Hi Fred,
 
I had even enclosed a small donation with the cards which would have been more than sufficient for return postage. Even from Spain.  Guess I didn't donate enough. Hi!Hi!
The label on the card that I received looks like it could hold up to about 9 QSOs but it only had 3 on it.  I'll try emailing the manager.
