[Dx-qsl] ST4T

I worked ST4T on 15 Feb 2003 on 10 cw, but have received no confirmation for
this "only" 10 meter contact with Sudan.  Looking it up in QRZ, Buck,
internet, I find nothing about the call.  It is listed several times in
DXCentral in 2003 and 2006, but no QSL info is given. DXC March 2004
bulletin pops up, but I dont find anything in it, about this sttion?   Has
anyone received one?  Have any info as to the manager, or operator?
