Bad news, Nenand; that whole thing has been postponed at least a 
year. They're talking 1/1/10 now, and maybe beyond that. What will 
happen is pretty well carved in stone now, but they're still 
hammering out the whys and wherefores. The two existing entities (PJ2 
and PJ7) will go away as if they never existed (remember, no more 
"deleted entities" any more).

Four new entities will rise in their places: Curacao and Sint Maarten 
as new actual countries; Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba will be 
considered extended Dutch cities and would be eligible to join as one 
entity, except that Bonaire is >800km from St. Maarten, thus is will 
be its own entity as well. St. Eustatius/Saba will be the remaining one.

Unless it all changes, of course <grin>.
