[Dx-qsl] Problems at the DXCC desk

Tnx Charles for info.
 I,  E mailed Bill this morning to correct my August QST Honor Roll listing 
totals.
I had made a second submission to be listed as #1.
Instead I was listed with my old DXCC totals ;o((
