I agree with Ron also. Met Bill last year in Charlotte, NC at our annual
CDXA club dinner and he was very friendly to all who came up to him.
Last month I recieved my DXCC paperwork from the league and noticed two
mistakes on my submitted credits. I emailed Bill and he answered within 10
minutes. I explained my problem and he promptly updated their database and
LoTW by the end of the day. Also, he emailed to inform me that my next DXCC
endorsement sticker was going into the mail that day and apologized for the
oversight.
DXCC is the most popular award in ham radio. Take a look at the number of
applicants waiting on their website. There is a large volume of paperwork
and cards to check so it takes time and mistakes are going to happen.
Like Ron said, email Bill directly at either DXCC or his call at the ARRL.
I'm confident he will answer promptly.

I have to agree with Ron. I´ve picked up the phone and called Bill Moore
more than once and have always had immediate results. And I´m in HK land!.
All my emails have been replied to. Just check your returned mail, maybe you
have had return email issues that you are not aware of.
