I fear the wheels have come off DXCC. There has been a tremendous backlog on processing DXCC applications for quite a while now, and I have had to give up in frustration of getting them to finish my last application which was made late last year. I don't even get a response now and have pretty much given up. Too bad. A lifetime of effort dead ended. I have not renewed my ARRL membership over this. Don't know what else to do.
