Nope not yet. The first issue 1993 was released in Feburary. It has since 
been later.........

I 'm one of the missed printed in August QST Honor Roll list.
 I made 2 submissions in 07. My August QST totals reflect my first May 
submission.
My SECOND December #1 Honor Roll submission was not added in  :o(      into 
the  H R QST printing August.
There in lies the mistakes.
I, E mailed the DXCC, no reply yet, but I found the latest answers from DXCC 
blog.
