[Dx-qsl] OM and SSB

Anyone know what the story is on Slovak sideband operators and QSLing?   I
have a total of 33 SSB contacts on 7 bands with the Slovak Republic, and
have yet to receive one confirmation back.   On CW, I have 9 bands worked,
and all 9 confirmed.  I have many more CW contacts, as in the early years of
my being at the location, I heard few if any SSB signals out of there.
They have been almost as bad on RTTY with one confirmed band, out of 5
worked.

Until 4 or 5 years ago, I avoided direct mailing, when not necessary, like a
plague.  Every QSL ws sent via the buro.  Since then, I have sent directly
to several of those SSB contacts, but not one back on SSB yet.  I just need
ONE SSB card, or LOTW confirmation- but so far - nothing.
