[Dx-qsl] Contacts rejected in my last DXCC submission

Hi friends

I received my award credit slip today for a september 17 submission.
The following cards have NOT been credited:

2006-08-08 	CT1EEX/D2 	(no doc)
2006-08-22 	YA/IZ0EGM 	(no doc)
2006-10-14 	TT8PK 		(no doc)
2007-02-19 	C98GLO 		(doc pending)
2007-02-24 	ZB2/4O3AL 	(no doc)

For TT8PK, my 2006-09-30 QSO (on another band) was credited. I've a few 
QSOs with him, i'll have to check, the dates seem to be important.

BTW i received two enveloppes from ARRL: one with the credit slip, and a 
larger one with an award (RTTY). I didn't find any sticker for my mixed 
endorsement. Will it come next, or should i have asked it specifically ?
