Ladies & Gentlemen:

As I understand it, your customers just give you log extracts and you
fill out the cards for them. Therefore I am taking this opportunity
to inform you that the QSL Manager list you are using is outdated or
inaccurate in some respects. A recent shipment of cards from your
company had the following erroneous QSL manager routings:

      "4L0ABC via K3PD" -- K3PD is no longer the manager for 4L0ABC.
On QRZ.com 4L0ABC says: "Sorry, no QSLing at the moment" so we return
cards labeled this way to the sender.

      "5R8FK via NY3N" -- NY3N became a Silent Key on 24 April 2004
as the result of a motorcycle accident. We have been told that
his widow answers cards via Direct only, sufficient return postage
required, so we return cards labeled this way to the senders with a
notation to that effect.

"7X5VRK via W3HC" -- W3HC refuses to accept cards from this
Bureau so it does no good to send us cards for stations managed by
W3HC. We return those cards to the senders.

      "9Y4VU via W3EVW" -- W3EVW became a Silent Key on 8 January
2002. We have no information that 9Y4VU has a new manager, so we
forward cards for 9Y4VU to the 9Y Bureau.

      "A61AJ via W3UR" -- W3UR is no longer the manager for A61AJ.
That task has been taken over by DJ2MX.

"KL7J via N3SL" -- We are told by N3SL that KL7J does not want
bureau cards to be answered, so cards coming to this Bureau for KL7J
are returned to the senders.

"KP4FAM via W3HNK" -- W3HNK provides us with the list of
stations he manages, and KP4FAM is not on that list, so this
card will be forwarded to the KP4 Bureau.

     "NP3D/W2 via W3HNK" -- While W3HNK is the manager for NP3D's
operations outside the USA, Joe does not handle cards for NP3D's
operations within the continental USA, so cards labeled this way are
forwarded to the KP4 Bureau.

"PS2T via W3HC" -- W3HC is no longer the manager for PS2T. The
new Manager is K3IRV, who also serves as one of the sorters in this
Bureau, so any cards for PS2T are passed to K3IRV automatically.

      "PY2OMS via W3HC" -- Same story as for PS2T

"V26B via WT3Q" -- While WT3Q does accept cards from this
Bureau, we understand that the actual Manager for V26B is KA2AEV, so
any cards for V26B are passed by us to the W2 Bureau for KA2AEV.

Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.

73, Fred Laun, K3ZO
Manager
NCDXA/ARRL Third Call Area Incoming QSL Bureau
