[Dx-qsl] QSL'ing to Contest Teams

I received an unsolicited card via bureau, for a contest QSO, from
EA8AH - a M/M contest team on Canary Island.  I was surprised to
receive an unsolicited contest QSL from a big team.  My question is,
do contest teams generally want QSL's retunred?  They didn't check
"PSE QSL" on the card they sent me so I'm not sure if I should send
one or not.
