[Dx-qsl] TR8CA

I had my QSL to TR8CA returned by F6CBC as NIL in less than one month - Keep 
trying on TR8CA Web site as F6CBC shows up in the "chat window" pretty 
frequently. Now to get a confirmed good QSO with Alain LOL. We tried last 
night but 40M didn't cooperate for me.
