I've updated the GS/IRC Chart www.qsl.net/w9ol/IRC_Chart.htm
to reflect some 2008 postal rate changes.
Just yesterday I received a envelope from Germany, (a qsl manager)
In it were my 2 qsos printed on one card, and another qsl&sae for another W9
station.
Attached was a note:
You and (other call) only sent 2 GS, which is not enough so please send qsl
to (other call).
I mention this as some have questioned my use of 2.5USD when coins are not
interchangeable.
I did this as many are saying that due to Exchange Rate, $2 is just barely
or not quite sufficient.
By listing it as 2.5USD, it's your decision how much to send.
Postage rate inflation is just now catching up to worldwide monetary
inflation rates.
Which is even more reason to promote and use LoTW.
Which is even more reason to persuade and lobby, other Award Organizations
to either create their own 'online sytem' or utilize LoTW.
I've heard that some Award administrations are now accepting email
screenshots of LoTW qsl receptions.
