What are the odds of two qsls for the same band/mode I needed
would arrive on the same day even though each was requested
almost 3 years apart.

So to you readers, which should I submit to DXCC for that 80 meter phone 
credit.
The one that took almost 4 years or the one that took less than a year? lol
