[Dx-qsl] C6 Envelopes

According to the Universal Postal Union 
C6 envlopes are 114 x 162mm or 4 1/2 x 6 3/8 inches.
Don't feel bad, when I looked up C6 on the internet at
first it came up Bahamas too, then I had to add sizes
to the search.
