[Dx-qsl] IRC's caanot be purchased online

I recently contacted the USPS attempting to order IRC's on line as you can do for postage stamps and other items.  Here is their reply:

"I have searched the web site trying to order IRC's (International Reply Coupons) on line but cannot find them. How can I order IRC's on line? My local and main P.O. does not stock them."

"Thank you for contacting us about ordering International Reply Coupons online.
I apologize for the inconvenience. However, you can not buy them online. The coupons are requested at Post OfficeT locations in the same manner as postage stamps.
If I can be of assistance to you in the future, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for choosing the United States Postal Service®."
