[Dx-qsl] TO5FJ received

Got mine today also (5 bands - 20m and down and 2 modes). It's amazing how  
many are reporting getting the TO5FJ yesterday (on the holiday?) and  today.  
Must have been a BIG box mailed!  Thanks, guys.
 
One stupid question:  Has anyone seen that ARRL has approved this  operation? 
 I think  the OH boys are ok, but I can't seem to find  mention of this one.
