Folks,

  Dont know if this is the right forum but I believe good news deserves
to travel - and when an amateur manufacturer backs his product
100% he deserves credit.  I bought a 100th anniversary model maybe 3
years ago. While operating CW Saturday the thumb paddle
snapped in half.  Today I called Vibroplex to order a replacement and
they are sending me one free of charge including
shipping. Realize this is a "small ticket" item, but when I see things
like people trying to make buck sending QSL' cards.. well....73  Al
