Brian,

I've received cards from Frank on 2 occasions, once as part of a group
sending them via registered mail as you have and second within the past week
from cards sent to the German address to which you make reference. Cards
mailed to the German address had a 2 month turnaround.

The email address for Frank cited previously (V51AS at Winlink.org) works as he
had sent a note to me letting me know my cards were being sent. We then
traded an additional 2-3 emails.

Has anyone gotten a card out of this one recently!  I see now that he 
says he was having problems with the German address.  I've probably got 
$15 trying to confirm this one with even a group registered effort on 
this reflector with no luck.  I guess what bothers me the most is that 
he does not seem to be making a real concerted effort to fix this 
problem such as using a QSL manager or LotW.  I would appreciate any 
help anyone could give me on this....does anyone have an email address 
for this one?
