[Dx-qsl] IRC/stamp questions - thanks

A big thanks to all who responded to my recent questions regarding 
IRCs and Russian stamps. In total there were MANY replies, most 
direct. In case it may be of interest: Only a few responses about 
using foreign stamps, but most respondents felt it worked OK. 
Regarding recirculated IRCs, the vast majority indicated having good 
luck with them and that there shouldn't be a problem.

I am interested in buying 25 IRCs if any of the QSL managers here 
currently have a supply.
