[Dx-qsl] Using IRCs bought from QSL managers

Strange stories...I sell many and use many and have
never had a problem. I can exchange any irc at my
local post office for 1 air mail stamp. I have used
100's sold 1,000's and never had a rejection so I
think a lot is old wives tales :-) Maybe my fellow
manager W3HNK will comment.
