Lament a lot that you have not received my QSL.
>From the beginning my manager and I agree to confirm only direct
for that there is not security in the Bureau service , I wait that you
understand.
Until today my manager had confirmed of  200.000 QSL via direct
to everybody that sends via direct, but the never send QSL direct to my
BOX in Cuba or Bureau. Only direct to my manager.

qrz.com sasy that qsl for you is via ea7adh.
Unfortunately your manager doesn't confrim cards via bureau.
i have sent cards to him for our qsos back to 2001 and nothing received.
Ofcourse he says that confirm cards only direct. Even i have sent many
direct requests in my ham life, do you think this is a problem? All the hams
are subscribed on this reflector appreciate (i suppose) a qsl card more than
others. Beside this, our ham spirit says to us to be good qslers. Dou you
agree with the policy of your qsl manager?
