I keep a chart of needed GS or IRC at:

The last info I had from anyone in UK was in Jan 08.

I shows 1 IRC and that USA GS were illegal to possess


And while we are at it....I will be updating the chart for 2009
and will be looking for updated info.
I can only accept data from Hams currently living in the country they are 
reporting for.
