I know he used to state the mail drop info on QRZ.COM.  But he redid the page on "Bio last modified: 2007-08-28"  and the mail drop info is no longer there.

This was a subject of discussion a few months age concerning Pedro being a bad QSL'er but the problem was with people using a SASE (useless in HK) and not sending IRC or GS. Now it will start all over again.

  the Miami address is a mail drop.  Pedro will mail cards from Colombia, so dx'ers should send IRC's or dollars, NOT sase's with US postage.

  since this is a secure drop, dollars would be better than IRC's.
