Received today:
CP4BT via EA5KB
4X0X via 4Z5AX (2002 QSO)
Now, here's the strange thing...
The front of the envelope from EA5KB doesn't have a mark on it. Nada. Not
a postmark, not a "Return to Sender" (my address is the return address on
it)
No stamp or postage, either. No sign that any was ever applied.
EA5KB's address is stamped on the back, but that's all.
I'm actually surprised that the envelope made it's way back. I could
understand if there had been postage applied, and after it was cancelled,
the stamp came off -- there'd be a postmark to show that a stamp or
something had been there. But there's not a mark on the envelope.
You'd think that there'd at least be a "Postage Due" or "Return to Sender
for Postage" or similar post office marking on it... right?
Curious.
