Just 2 days ago I received a LOTW qsl for a qso (14/1/2007) with R1FJT.
But another qso dated 29/6/2008 was not confirmed on LOTW.
So, I guess the whole log was not submitted???
I didn't need the qsl for the contact in 2007 (20 Mtrs).
I do need the qsl for the contact in 2008 (17 Mtrs), and have sent my card
to UA4RC, as you did. The address I used is: P.O. Box 252, Almetyevsk
423452, Russia. If no qsl card, I hope this one will eventually be added to
LOTW.

Good morning,
Anyone knows a good and reliable adress to QSL R1FJT,
I have been trying to send the manager UA4RC several cards
in registered mail with more than sufficient postage, but no reply
at all.
Also a good adress to QSL HQ8R would be great, also worked this one
back in March but no reply.
